SentWell equips, empowers, and encourages Novo staff to develop and care for themselves and those they lead through training, counseling, coaching, and spiritual direction.
Ardath has been a member of SentWell since it was formed in 2001. She provides spiritual direction and pastoral care to overseas workers serving with other agencies as well as Novo staff.
